Dear Onward Transport,I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so very much for the courteous and prompt manner in which you provided me with a free auto transport quote and guided me through the process of arranging transport for my vehicle. The fact that this car is not the most expensive nor rare did not detract one bit from the way that you made me feel during my conversation this morning. I started out with no small amount of apprehension about shipping a car with a company that, up until we spoke, I knew nothing about. And that is on top of having just finishing a bid process whereby I buy a car sight unseen. There was no shortage of angst on my part, but you folks made the whole deal very enjoyable and at the conclusion, I was convinced that our new car could not be in any better hands. As a result of the manner in which you treated me, I will go out of my way to write these auto transport reviews and I greatly recommend your firm to anyone who may have a need to ship a vehicle and you have me as a client always.

I recently contacted your company regarding the transport of a car I had purchased in South Dakota and needed brought to Okalahoma. First of all your quoted price was half that of your nearest competition, secondly the actual transport took only a few days and finally your driver couldn't have been more professional. Hello! We received a free auto transport quote through you guys and as part of our "Deal" we ended up using the dealers transport company. HOWEVER, we still have not seen the car. No one seems to know when it's arriving either. It's been fifteen days now. Trust me, next time we WILL use you guys! - Craig

condition.

Dear Tony,

Thank you so much for your free auto transport quote and also for help in getting our classic car to us in record time. It was a bit unnerving at first as we bought the car on Ebay and then not knowing for sure where the car was being stored while waiting for delievery. We were assured that the car was being stored in at you facility out of the sun's damaging rays. We appreicate that. We were told that the car would be picked up on Aug 8th and we thought that was a bit longer than agreed upon however, the car was picked up on August 4th and delievered to us in Arkansas on the 9th. I might add it was transported in a wonderful fashion and your drivers were absolutley wonderful with the car. Thanks again.
